Subject to the terms of this licence, Christopher John Bond ("Licensor") grants individual users and, where applicable, the organisation or legal entity on whose behalf the Software is used (collectively, "User" or "you"), a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Timeline Swimlane software and associated components (the "Software").
Where the Software is provided as a free, trial, evaluation, or otherwise unlicensed edition, users may use the functionality made available by the Licensor for personal, educational, internal business, evaluation, and reporting purposes. The Software may display a product badge, watermark, attribution, licence indicator, or similar notice ("Badging").
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar loss or damage arising from the use of the Software.
